Head of Fundraising & Partnerships
As our new Head of Fundraising & Partnerships, you will lead the development and delivery of a long-term fundraising and income generation strategy that supports the Foundation’s continued growth and ambition. You will build relationships with businesses, trusts, foundations, public sector organisations and community partners, securing the funding and support needed to make a lasting difference across our communities.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, growing existing partnerships and creating mutually beneficial collaborations that deliver real social impact.
This role offers the chance to combine strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management in a purpose-driven organisation that values innovation, collaboration and inclusion.
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Worcester, with hybrid working available (up to two remote days per week)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

You will:

- Secure income through grants, sponsorships and corporate partnerships.
- Build and manage relationships with funders, businesses and stakeholders.
- Lead fundraising events and networking opportunities.
- Monitor performance and demonstrate the impact of our work.
About You
You will have:
- Proven fundraising, sponsorship, business development or partnership experience.
- A track record of securing funding from grants, trusts or corporate partners.
- Excellent communication, networking and bid-writing skills.
- A passion for creating positive community impact.

Location
Based at New Road, Worcester, with travel across Worcestershire and Dudley. Hybrid working is available, with up to two days per week working remotely.
