About One-to-Ones

Worcestershire Cricket Foundation’s One-to-One Coaching programme is our premium Junior Coaching Offer, giving the chance for young players to work with some of our best coaches on an individual basis.

Sessions are 45mins and a great chance to build on existing strengths, learn new skills and develop on areas of weakness.

It is also a fantastic opportunity to keep practicing over the winter when there are otherwise limited chances to play.

The programme runs from September – March on Friday Nights (term-time) at two venues in Worcester (King’s School and Royal Grammar School).

Sessions are split into four blocks (aligned with the Half-Terms), which you book onto individually. In total, there will be 23 sessions in the 2026/27 programme.

Performance Membership

Membership is the perfect way to secure a regular spot on our One-to-One Coaching programme for the winter.

Benefits of membership are:

• Reserved Spot: Have a spot for the whole winter at a venue and timeslot of your choice. This ensures you won’t be moved block-to-block.
• Priority Window: You will receive an invite to claim your reserved spot a month before the start of each block. This will give you two weeks to book on before bookings are shared publicly.
• Free Sessions – Loyalty Scheme: After attending ten sessions, you’ll get a free session (worth £30). This alone then makes your Membership cost-neutral.
• WCF Academy Taster: Invite to come along to our WCF Academy (small-group sessions) for a free taster session (worth £9).
• Money-Back Guarantee: If your child only attends one block of sessions and doesn’t wish to continue, we will refund the cost of your Membership.

Membership is £30 and can be redeemed by completing the booking form at the bottom of this page. Subsequent Block Passes will then be available for you to book at £30 per session.

This covers the 2026/27 Winter Programme, running from September 2026 – March 2027.

Priority Cancellations

If you are not able to commit to attending regularly over the winter, or the Performance Membership has sold out, then you can sign-up to our ‘Priority Cancellations List’.

You’ll recieve notifications in the event of any session cancellations, if you sign-up to be on this list.

Signing up to this list is Free, with individual sessions then available to attend at £35 per session.
