HOliday Camps

Worcestershire Cricket Foundation run cricket camps throughout all school holidays for those aged 4-15 years old

Give your child the perfect introduction to cricket with our exciting Softball Cricket Camps!

Designed especially for 4–9 year olds, these fun-filled morning sessions focus on enjoyment, confidence and development in a safe and welcoming environment. They’re perfect for All Stars participants!

Through softball games, skills and exciting challenges, children will learn the basics of cricket while making new friends and building teamwork skills. Whether they’re completely new to the game, want to continue their softball cricket journey, or simply love being active and having fun, our camps are the perfect place to play.

Open to both boys and girls, with no cricket experience needed, all equipment is provided — just bring snacks and drinks.

Our camps take place at cricket clubs across the county, with indoor wet weather plans in place to ensure the fun can continue whatever the forecast. Above all, the safety and enjoyment of every participant is our top priority.

Step up your cricket game with our Hardball Cricket Camps for 8–15 year olds!

Split into two groups — experienced hardball players and those new to the game — our camps provide the perfect environment to learn, improve and have fun.

Experienced players will focus on developing core skills, tactical awareness, decision making and leadership, with practices designed to challenge players under pressure and at pace.

The introduction to hardball group is ideal for players making the transition from softball cricket, giving them the chance to bat in pads, bowl with a hardball and build confidence in a fun and supportive setting.

Players are encouraged to bring their own equipment, although hardball kit can be provided if needed. Male participants must bring an abdomen protector (box).

Open to both boys and girls – just bring a packed lunch and drinks.

Our Cricket Skills Workshops are designed for experienced junior cricketers looking to take their game to the next level.

These specialist sessions focus on improving both the technical and tactical side of the game.

Led by coaches who specialise in specific skill areas, workshops may include:

  • Fast Bowling
  • T20 Batting
  • Fielding
  • Spin Bowling
  • Wicket Keeping
  • Batting

Players will develop their understanding, sharpen their skills and gain valuable insight to help them perform with greater confidence on match days.

Designed for girls who want to develop their cricket skills in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment.

Our camps have a strong hardball focus, helping players build confidence with batting, bowling, fielding and game awareness through expert coaching and engaging sessions.

Alongside skill development, players will enjoy match-style activities, putting their skills into practice while building teamwork, confidence and a love for the game. Whether your child is developing her skills or looking to take her cricket to the next level, our girls-only camps are the perfect place to learn, compete and have fun.

All hardball abilities welcome.

Take your game to the next level with personalised girls-only 1-to-1 cricket coaching designed around each player’s goals, ability and confidence.

These focused sessions provide dedicated coaching time to develop key skills including batting, bowling, fielding and match awareness in a supportive environment.

Whether your daughter is building strong foundations, preparing for hardball cricket, or looking to refine specific areas of her game, each session is tailored to help her improve, grow in confidence and enjoy her cricket journey.

Individual attention. Personalised coaching. Real progress.
