We’re Recruiting – Disability Development Officer

Role: Disability Development Officer
Hours: 35 per week (flexible, including evenings and weekends)
Contract: 2-year Fixed term
Salary: £23,000 – £24,000 (experience dependent) + expenses

We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual to join our team as Disability Development Officer. This exciting role blends programme development and cricket coaching, with a strong focus on the personal growth and development of participants.

You will play a key part in delivering high quality cricket opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), engaging them through:

  • Super 1s hub sessions
  • SEND school cricket sessions
  • Disability performance pathway sessions

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion, community sport, and making a real impact in people’s lives through cricket.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Deliver engaging, high quality cricket coaching sessions.
  • Build positive relationships with young people, schools, and community partners.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of evening and weekend delivery.
  • Drive programmes forward with creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
