Cricket coaching courses are at the heart of everything we do, because behind every team, every camp and every breakthrough moment, there’s someone who took the time to learn how to support others.
It all starts with one person choosing to show up, lead and help others grow.
And we think that deserves a spotlight, because when you give people the tools to lead, support and inspire others, that’s when the game really grows.
Why We Do It
At Worcestershire Cricket Foundation, we run cricket coaching courses because we believe coaching goes far beyond teaching technique. It’s about building confidence, creating safe spaces and helping people feel like they belong – whether they’re six years old or sixty.
These courses are for parents helping out at training, for volunteers keeping local clubs going, for people who love the game and want to pass that on. Whoever you are, we believe coaching is something you can learn. You don’t have to be an expert to make an impact.
What Makes Our Cricket Coaching Courses Different
There are plenty of cricket coaching courses out there – but we focus on making ours inclusive, practical and accessible. That means:
- You don’t need years of experience to start.
- You’ll be supported by friendly, down-to-earth tutors.
- You’ll learn skills that matter – on and off the pitch.
- We care about people, not just performance.
What You’ll Get from It
People come to our cricket coaching courses to learn about cricket – but they leave with a lot more.
- They leave with confidence.
- With new connections.
- With the feeling that they’re part of something bigger than just the game.
