Disability Performance Cricket
Worcestershire Cricket Foundation have created a disability performance offer with both a Softball Disability Development Centre and The Disability Squad.
The Worcestershire Cricket Foundation Disability Pathway aims to provide people with disability the opportunity to represent the county in competitive cricket. Come along to our Talent ID Day to be involved!
We have two squads…
The Disability Development Centre (Super9s) – entry level competitive softball cricket
The Disability Squad (D40) – competitive hardball cricket
Both squads have pre-season training sessions and a summer where they will play a number of organised fixtures against other counties/clubs.

I have really enjoyed the opportunities to play more competitive cricket in full hardball cricket. The sessions have been fun, enjoyable and informative. Definitely have a go, it could lead you into other types of cricket. This was my first experience in hardball cricket, and now I play in the Disability squad.
