The Worcestershire Cricket Foundation’s 2025 Impact Report tells a simple story: more people, more opportunity, more impact than ever before.
This year, 36,716 people across Worcestershire and Dudley engaged with our programmes, a record for the Foundation and a testament to our brilliant staff team, trustees and volunteers who make #CricketForAll possible.
Investing Where It Matters
In partnership with the England and Wales Cricket Board, we invested £72,450 into local clubs, helping improve facilities and create welcoming spaces for players, families and communities.

1,500 children joined us at New Road for our annual Schools Day — a celebration of cricket, skills and live matchday atmosphere.

281 participants from across the country returned for our second National Walking Cricket Festival.

Our Walkers and Talkers programme delivered 12 events for 404 participants, including a standout Christmas special bringing 44 people together for a festive walk and lunch.
Driving the Women’s & Girls’ Game Forward
2025 marked our first ever Women’s and Girls’ Awards Evening, delivered with Worcestershire County Cricket Club celebrating progress, passion and performance across eight award categories.
Participation continues to rise across the county, and our second Women’s and Girls’ Transition to Hardball Programme engaged 100 players, building momentum ahead of the 2026 home World Cup.

With new leadership appointments strengthening our team and continued collaboration across the cricket network, the Foundation is well placed for even greater impact.
