🏏 Disability Cricket Talent ID Session

Worcestershire Cricket Foundation is hosting a Disability Talent ID Session next month for disabled players interested in trialling for the Super9s and D40 County Squads.

📅 Date: Sunday 30th November
🕒 Time: 1-3pm (Softball) and 3.30-5.30 (hardball)
📍 Venue: St John’s Sport Hall, University of Worcester, WR2 6AE

Players with any form of disability (including learning difficulties) and any level of cricketing experience are warmly invited to attend.

The session will be supported run by Nic Buck and Conor Martin.

They will be observing the session and offering expert guidance to players.

The Foundation will be identifying players to join either the Super9s or D40 squads:

🏏 Super9s Cricket
An entry-level, county-format disability competition played with a softball. It focuses on developing cricketing skills and tactical awareness in a structured, competitive environment.

🏏 D40 Cricket
The ECB’s national hardball disability competition – the top tier of county-level disability cricket. Matches are 40 overs per side and follow traditional county cricket laws, including powerplays and a 30-yard fielding circle.

If you or someone you know might be interested, please get in touch or share this opportunity!
